Well, hello there!
It’s been six months already, apparently! Here I am, back in England, on dry land, writing this post in complete disbelief. It hasn’t hit me yet that I’m home, and it’s been 7 days since I landed back here.
I’m super excited to be back on vacation as it means that I can once again pick up my blogging mantle and get back into the swing of things. Obviously, all the things that are new to me aren’t going to be quite as new to all of my readers out there, so I’m going to hold off posting too many style looks until I spot some new releases. I did, however, want to put a little outfit together to accompany this post, which as usual you can see above!
I don’t really have much to say without turning this blog post into a mile-long rant to share with you all what I got up to in that tin can on the high seas, but this is a fashion blog, not a journal. So I’ll save you all from that- ha!
I’m super happy to be back, and as they say; watch this space!
Let us start with the bad news, shall we?
Today is going to be the last post I’m going to be doing for the next 7 months. I have finally been given a date for when I leave to work on a cruise liner as an Entertainment Staff member, and as such I shall be dedicating a lot of my time over the next 7 weeks to getting myself prepared emotionally as well as packing all my bits and pieces.
I just wanted to make this post today to thank all of you for having stuck with me over these past months whilst I found my feet and settled into blogging again. It was long overdue and I am extremely happy that my posting and images have been so well received from the Second Life community.
Now, whilst this sounds like a goodbye, it really isn’t! I shall be back. Albeit in 7 months, but I shall be back! I cannot wait to return and experience all of the fantastic releases that the creators on the grid will have dedicated hours to creating. Second Life will most definitely be a completely different place upon my return. That’s what I love about this virtual world. It’s always morphing and changing.
I shall see you all in May 2015! It’s been a blast.
Hey, everyone! I hope you’re having a great week so far!
I’ve been slightly AWOL over the past couple of days due to the release of The Sims 4, which I have been patiently waiting for ever since I heard of it’s release and tested an early version when I worked at Eurogamer in London during October 2013. I’m having lots of fun with it, and you can see what I’m getting up to in my game by heading over to my Sims Tumblr, or ‘Simblr’ as the community likes to call it. You can find it here!
Today’s blog post is a rehash of an outfit i’ve been wanting to blog for a while, when I was having my 90s-esque phase of looks a week or so back. I recieved a couple of new releases from Truth, as well as a lovely little shirt dress from Rowne for their Collabor88 release, and decided that these pieces worked extremely well with certain other items in the original look, and et voila! Here we are.
The pants, by Baiastice, and the bracelet (which I adore!) by Izzie’s are still available to pick up at The Dressing Room FUSION for super cheap! So head over and pick these beauties up whilst you have the chance.
If any of you are playing The Sims 4 as of late and have a tumblr page yourself, be sure to give me a follow! I’ll be back and forth between this and that blog over the next couple of weeks until I start to get bored of it. Ha!

Hi, guys! Today I’m bringing you my first collaboration post, and what better person to work alongside than the fabulous Xanthe!
The both of us have been speaking about doing this post for a while, and today everything seemed to fall into place when we both realised we were wearing 90s-esque looks! It’s always such a fun experience working alongside another blogger as it brings out a further sense of creativity to create something truly special and different from the norm.
My look was originally inspired by Phoebe from Friends, but seems to have morphed into an adult’s version of something a kid would have worn in the fabulously awesome 90s. Perhaps I’m partial, I was born in ’92, after all. I don’t miss those god awful skorts though. Never, ever.
The hair that I’m wearing also wasn’t planned. I originally intended to wear the Hall hair from LeLutka’s latest release, but Kavar Cleanslate sent out the blogger copies of this beautiful updo that will be released on The Arcade’s Anniversary round, September 1st. There’s a couple of sparkley versions to play for, so make sure to head down and gacha your little heart out for those!
I’ve had an awesome time working on this little project with Xanthe today, and am looking forward to working with other bloggers in the future!
Have a fantastic weekend!

Today’s post was inspired by my friend from the UK and I chatting about British reality show, ‘Made in Chelsea’ which follows a group of wealthy young people throughout their lives in the ‘fancy’ quarter of London, documenting their dramas and relationships.
With Vive Nine’s new collection release yesterday, the new pieces available at the store seemed like a perfect opportunity to doll up and shoot a couple of city pictures. They have a plethora of new items available, ranging from shoes through to accessories, hair, and clothing galore. They’re situated in a fabulous Rodeo Drive-esque area, complete with other little boutique shops to check out whilst you’re there.
SLink also released a new updated for their mesh Physique body today. There had been a bug which made it look as if you’d been slashed across the throat, leaving your head bobbing around on its own, disconnected from the rest of the body. Siddean fixed this issue incredibly quickly, however, and I am now extremely happy to be using the newly updated HUD and skin options.

So, with Collabor88 open and each of us flocking to the store like seagulls, leaving me unable to get in to the SIM, I decided to blog this beautiful new hairstyle available at the event.
I don’t wear short styles often, but Kavar Cleanslate of EXILE has always had a knack with nailing these styles. This particular hairstyle is actually intended for males, but I always find his male hairstyles to be extremely versatile and unisex. This particular style comes with two variations; a slightly neater ‘brushed’ version pictured above, and ‘messy’, which features more strands on the crown area.
I wish you luck getting into the event, and would appreciate any luck sent my way whilst I wrestle with the Teleport God. (No pun intended towards this month’s theme!)

Michael Bublé, Tony Bennett & Fred Astaire somehow found themselves onto my playlist today, so this post was completely necessary. I wore most of this outfit my head-ache inducing, gravity-defying picture last night over on Flickr last night, and with a few adjustments worked perfectly well for today’s look.
I have only recently discovered Peqe, and I have to say that I am absolutely in awe at their fabulous textures. I actually bought this dress for an Elven outfit in the works that I never got around to finishing, but it’s just the right amount of sexy and classy that it worked for a ‘dinner date’ look.
I’m also wearing my new and rather fabulous friend, Herve Faenzo of FAENZO’s clutch, which is absolutely beautifully well made with fabulous texturing. If you don’t know of his work, you should; check out his Marketplace page here.
Now, most of you know that I love (and always have loved) LeLutka. I actually missed this hair upon it’s release, and only found out about it a few days later after a friend informed me. Goodness me. It’s simple, which is great for me; simple long styles are always timeless and yet still make you look worth a million Linden dollars with the right look. I might even head over to one of those age-old yet still adorable jazz dance clubs stuck in 2006 and see if I can find myself a sugar daddy. Do you think I’ll turn heads?
I hope you’re having a fabulous hump day. I’m spending mine watching The Importance of Being Earnest & Miss Potter. How quaint.
